Great sledding downtown

The park just in the middle of Leavenworth has a special sledding place that is perfect for young kids. It is a gentle slope that is not too steep for beginning sledders. It's right next to the gazebo and easy to locate. Even in the very first snows the park is packed with locals and tourists and the sound of young children laughing while sliding happily downhill.
